The arraignment for PFC Bradley Manning will be on Thursday, February 23rd at Fort Meade, Maryland. The arraignment is the first step in the military court-martial process, where PFC Manning will be given official notice of the charges against him and will be asked to enter a plea. As with the Article, 32, the hearing will be open to the public.

I've just heard the news that you and your client have "deferred the plea" and further, have also deferred the choice of judge or jury.

Yesterday, a letter was returned to me that I had mailed to:

I got that address from a posting at your blog, and it had not resulted in any delivery problems for me before that letter was returned.
The USPO label on the returned envelope was dated "02/24/12" and stated:
"Return to Sender"
"Undeliverable as Addressed"
"Unable to Forward"
Do you have a current mailing address for Bradley Manning that could be posted on your blog?
