Latest Defense Motions for 6-8 June Hearing

The Defense has filed the following additional motions:

1.  Defense Reply to Government Response to Defense Motion to Compel Discovery #2;
2.  Defense Reply to Government Response to Defense Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State an Offense: Specifications 13 and 14 of Charge II;
3.  Defense Reply to Government Response to Defense Motion for Instructions on Lesser Included Offense (LIO);
4.  Defense Reply to Government Response to Defense Motion to Compel Identification Of Brady Materials; and
5.  Defense Response to Government Motion for Appropriate Relief: Proposed Lesser-Included Offenses.

  2. Mr.Coombs why does it say United States v. Bradley Manning.I believe it should say U.S.Government v. Bradley Manning.To say just the United States is an insult to me and all the other people who support Bradley.Please let this be known it's the Government v. Bradley and tell Bradley keep his head up.
